How TEPA collects, uses and protects personal information.

Information collected
Account and inquiry data, contact details, organization information, technical security events and commercial documents created in the platform may be processed.
Purpose and sharing
Data is used to provide the service, maintain security, support users, audit activity and meet legal obligations. It is shared only as needed with suppliers and service providers involved in an inquiry or when legally required.
Retention and user rights
Data is retained for periods appropriate to security and legal needs. Users may request export, correction or deletion through their account, subject to legal retention requirements.
Analytics and browser storage
Browser storage may be used for language and functional preferences. Form and contact-channel events are recorded as limited operational analytics and are not sold for advertising profiles.
Cross-border transfers
Iran–Azerbaijan inquiries may require cross-border transfers to supply and service parties. Only necessary information is shared and proportionate technical and contractual safeguards are applied.
Security and children
Access controls, encrypted transport, backups and audit logs are used, although no system can guarantee absolute security. The service is for commercial users and is not directed to children.
