Nature of the service
TEPA is a platform for recording inquiries, comparing offers and managing sourcing communications. TEPA is not a bank, exchange service, carrier, customs authority or seller guarantor.
Pricing and commercial information
Prices, exchange rates, delivery times and risk analyses may be estimates until confirmed in an official proforma invoice and do not create a contractual commitment.
Payment and user responsibility
The platform does not currently hold funds or provide escrow. Users are responsible for accurate information, final offer verification and compliance with applicable trade, customs, sanctions and intellectual-property rules.
Accounts and authority
Users confirm that submitted information is accurate and that they are authorised to act for a company where applicable. Users are responsible for protecting their access credentials.
Prohibited use
False information, malicious files, unauthorised personal data, rights-infringing content, security interference and abusive automation are prohibited.
Third parties and liability
Manufacturers, suppliers, carriers, payment providers and customs bodies operate under their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, TEPA is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or decisions based on unverified information.
