Why are public prices not displayed?
Export pricing depends not only on the model, but also on order quantity, packing type, production timing, exchange rates and the delivery point. After we receive the order details, the commercial terms are itemized and the final amount is confirmed in a valid proforma invoice.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ may differ by model and manufacturer, and in some cases several models can be combined in one shipment. Send the requested product codes and estimated quantities so we can confirm the applicable MOQ and a workable product mix.
Is delivery to Azerbaijan available?
Yes. Delivery through Astara, Bilasuvar or another agreed point is planned according to cargo volume, vehicle type and customs coordination. Once the order is confirmed, the indicative schedule, delivery stages and required documents are included in the commercial offer.
When does the price become final?
A valid proforma invoice is issued after the model, quantity, packing, delivery point and payment method are confirmed. Only the price and validity period stated in that document are final; if the conditions change, an updated proforma is provided.
Are private labeling and custom packing available?
When order volume and factory capability allow, the logo, color, carton, labels and instruction manual can be customized. After sample and artwork approval, any additional cost, production lead time and special MOQ are listed separately in the commercial offer.
